  It's a business, not public washrooms! If not for small business our economy would be "upside down" . Hard working people rule!!

  Ridiculous. They have a coffee/snack/ice cream sitting area which obviously by code "should" have a public washroom. When my wife and I used the nearby Lake Shore trail & everything else was closed, she needed to use the bathroom. The Variety was open, so she went in and purchased a very expensive iced tea and asked if there was a washroom she could use. The reply from the woman was "Sorry No Public Washrooms". My wife explained to her we were from out of town and we were just using the trail and all the public washrooms were closed. The woman said "Yeah the Municipality of Chatham-Kent doesn't care". And apparently neither did she as she watched my wife leave the store without saying a word. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have an establishment that serves coffee/snacks and ice cream WITH a sitting area; by CODE that requires Public Washrooms?!

  Posted your bad manners on public FB. i believe what you put out there will come back to you. Cannot hardly believe you said no to a little girl that needed to use a washroom. Where are you from? Can't believe you are from this planet. Horrible...

  Make you buy something just to use the bathrooms. Even when the public beach bathrooms are closed and your 8 year old daughter needs to go. They make you buy something first, and if you don't have any money on you, you are told to leave and to watch your tone. That it's the fault of the county you can't go pee.

  Owner degrades you and makes you feel embarrassed. She tells kids to never come back, she tell kids to go away, etc etc. I think she hates kids...I will not be buying anything from here anymore, so i reccomend getting stuff in chatham or wallaceburg. Do not support this evil lady..
